Individual In-Home Training

Custom 1-hour programs are designed using equipment that I bring to your home or by blending my exercise tools with your own existing equipment. Sessions may include the use of:

  • Exercise tubing (resistance bands)
  • Dumbells
  • Medicine balls
  • Stability ball

Aeorbic activity may be added to the session as well as pilates and balancing techniques. Nutritional advice is offered to help complement your work-outs.

Group In-Home Training

I can also accomodate small groups (2-4 people) at a reduced rate per person. Bring a friend!
